Our 2026/2027 programme is now complete – you can see all our talks on the Talks page. Those members who have still to pay their new subscriptions can now do so using a credit or debit card on the night, or alternatively, by BACS transfer to Longtown Historical Society at Natwest account 01523465, sort code 51-61-02. Make sure you identify yourself with your full name.

The programme continues on Monday 5th October with Professor Keith Ray, and old friend to the Society, talking about the What and Where of the Iron-Age Hillforts of Herefordshire. This is sure to be a most enjoyable talk!
